How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within continental US on all our products. We ship via UPS. For other locations, please Contact Us
Original Icons ship within 2-3 days from the order. Author Icon Recreations require 2-3 weeks for making and curing prior to fulfillment.
If your item has arrived damaged - we will arrange for shipping it back to us.

Returns:
All sales are final unless otherwise noted - No Returns. If you are not sure of the purchase - don't do it.
In the event that item has arrived damaged - we will arrange for shipping it back to us. In order to return a damaged item, please EMAIL US (here) to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. It must be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards, Books, CD, DVD, or any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and , if approved, your refund will be processed. A store credit will automatically be applied to your account or, if applicable, refund to credit card or original method of payment.
