Analysis/Audit - Our team will analyze your system and draft a list of suggested optimizations and potential costs. This is not an "estimate/proposal of work" - this is an analysis and general guideline. (Limited access to your Admin will be needed)
Delivery - We will email our Audit result in PDF format.
FULL Website Systems Audit (WSA-Full)
To be Audited: Complete "Front, Back and Center": Website and Its SEO, Admin Interface(s) and Configurations, Email Hierarchy, Server and Database Configurations, System Integrations (aka your website with your CRM and/or your Donor Management and Email Marketing).
Discovery Phase I - We will meet over zoom and inspect your website Front End and Admin Panel, we will discuss your needs and concerns.
Analysis - Our team will analyze your system and draft a list of suggested optimizations and potential costs.
Audit - Full Access to your admin and server interfaces will be needed (we will help to get that organized).
Discovery Phase 2 - We will meet over zoom and discuss details of our Audit results to fine tune the direction for the proposal. This is not an "estimate/proposal of work" - this is an analysis and detailed guideline.
Delivery - We finalize our formal Audit report and email it to you in PDF format.
